We offer pre-booked recovery and transportation in Cleethorpes, Grimsby, and the surrounding areas.
Please note we do not offer 24/7 recovery this must be pre-arranged with the office.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU BREAKDOWN?
1. GET YOUR CAR TO A SAFE PLACE
If you can, pull into a lay-by, side street, or the hard shoulder (motorways). In all instances, keep as far left as possible.
Turn your wheels toward the verge/kerb; apply the handbrake; put the car in park (P) (auto) or neutral + handbrake (manual).
Exit on the passenger side and stand well away from traffic. On motorways, wait behind the barrier, and if possible, move beyond the rear of the car.
Do not place a warning triangle on a motorway; it’s unsafe. On quieter roads, place it ~45–60m behind the car if it’s safe to do so.
2. SWITCH ON HAZARD LIGHTS
Make your car as visible as possible. Switch on hazard lights (and sidelights at night or in poor visibility).
If you have them, wear a hi-vis vest.
Keep bonnet down unless you’re certain it’s safe and stable; high winds or passing HGVs can catch it.
Keep passengers (and pets) off the carriageway.

Please note: We don’t offer a 24/7 call-out unless you have discussed this with us prior. If using our recovery services, please first call the garage, and we will inform you on our availability, and whether you will need to make alternative travel arrangements for yourself and any passengers.
Tell us:
- Exact location (road name, nearest junction, landmark).
- Vehicle details (make/model/reg, auto/manual, 4×4/EV, lowered or modified).
- Issue (won’t start, flat tyre, clutch/gearbox, out of fuel/charge, accident).
Location tips: read junction markers, share live location via your phone, or use what3words (e.g. “///shaped.spell.films”).
4. WE'LL CONFIRM ETA AND COST BEFORE SETTING OFF
We’ll give you a clear quote before we set off: call-out + mileage + any extras (e.g. winching, restricted-access, out-of-hours).
You’ll get an ETA and the driver’s name.
We keep you updated if traffic or access changes the plan.
